You've got a nitrogen toxicity. You'll need to flush her with 3x the pot volume of water pH'd to 6.2 .... I have no idea why this is your problem since you don't have a diary so my recommendation is to cover all causes.... When she dries out and you need to give her something more, you can resume your nutes but at 1/2 strength and add 1/2tsp calmag (only give this to her once a week).... any nute that you are giving her that has a high nitrogen content needs to be cut to 1/4 strength and left there for the rest of the grow. You can increase your bloom nutes to whatever you were giving her before AFTER that first feed....
Going forward, always check the pH of anything you give her - plain water or a nute solution.... it needs to be between 6.0 and 6.5 with the "sweet spot" being 6.2.
Now start a diary - even if you can only remember back one week.... start it now so that when other issues/problems/questions come up, we'll have as much information as possible. Diaries help us help you!
Good luck.
