Do you not have a diary for this grow? Where are these leaves from? The top of the plant? The bottom? Middle? This looks for all the world to be a manganese (NOT magnesium) deficiency but I would refer you to this article that might help you decide positively whether or not this is the problem. https://www.marijuana-seeds.nl/blog/manganese-deficiency-in-marijuana.
If it is, it's difficult to know exactly how or why this happened... are you letting your soil dry between waterings? This is apparently one of the consequences of not doing so (along with a lot of other problems overwatering causes)... I would also advise you to calibrate your pH pen.. I'm thinking it's out of whack - double check it just to be sure.

About the 3rd, 5th and 6th picture. What's that? I always assumed it was P deficiency but I got P def on another plant and it doesn't look like that.
I've had the same stuff on multiple plants.

The yellow spots that were seen last week have multiplied and started to appear on newer leaves. I should mention my tap water E.C is 0.8 so quite high. I still however added calmag this at it seems to look like a calcium deficiency. Are they to young for one though? Thank youWeek 3

Something ate a hole in a leaf last night. It not a complete hole through just the chrolophyll was scraped off, leaving a yellow bite mark (picture in diary). I removed a caterpillar looking thing from my tent this morning, no idea how it got there. Could that have been it?Week 6
