This is a clone from my Durban poison, it appears to have a motley texture. Has anyone else had this before or do you know what it means. I have just replaced the soil with a premium potting mix to see if that helps

Calcium and phosphorus deficiency, maybe caused by low temperatures? The clue is that grey necrosis in the middle.

If it’s a clone - there’s a good possibility it’s a virus or disease of some sort got into it during the cutting/rooting process. This happens commonly if sterile practices aren’t observed during the cutting process. That’d be my guess - it just has that sickly look I’ve seen from bad clones. Just my 2 cents.
