Hey bud, the oxygen requirements for going full organic rhizosphere comparatively to synthetic delivery is that it takes alot more oxy and a consistent supply in the rootzones. This can be tricky to achieve if you don't have your indoor environmental dialed in. To me it looks like the very early signs of what id expect from a over saturated medium through compression, one where water is not moving out the pot in due process causing disease vectors to creep in.

Good morning, there is indeed a problem with red mites or something similar... Since your grow seems to be the one that's hardest to control pests... I recommend applying a repellent or insecticide, preferably with natural products, and since they are small lesions, it will recover on its own.
