They may not be growing UP any longer - but they are certainly growing OUTWARD... in other words, weed gets to a certain height and then stops growing up as it puts all its energy into fattening the buds. If you're not using a PK boost, now is a good time to add it to the nutes you're giving. You've got quite a while yet before the plant is finished... if this is an autoflower, you should have at least 5 more weeks - if it's a photoperiod, you've got longer than that. Patience! More info is necessary. And better photo, try right when lights go off and put bright white light. Your hps is jacking the photo. Also you don't have a diary, which is obvious, so go back and put one together the best you can. Larger pots will help. How often are you watering? What nutes? Temps? Lighting schedule? Genetics?
