Mainly aphids there. The shrunk up white bodies are part of the aphid life cycle as well

Aphids, and it looks like two kinds of them. The little white bodies IDK, sorta resemble white flies or ants.need a better photo with more in focus shots of them. Ants will protect the aphids as they like to drink the honeydew that comes out of them. Lady bugs and their larva will eat aphids same with aphid lions or better known as lacefly larva they even can avoid ants protecting them by creating an armour of dead aphid bodies that hide its smell from the ants and they let do what it does. If this plant is outdoors give it a good spray down with the hose and knock off as many of the little fuckers as you can, aphids clone themselves and one can become many in a short period of time. after spraying most of them off, give the plant a good coating of neem and dish soap. foamy is good it kills them. then spray off after letting it sit on for 30 min. repeat this twice a week till there is no more signs of them. They will come back but the issue is keeping the numbers low enough not to harm the plant. Grow some companion plants aorund the weed like cilantro it attracts predators that eat aphids but can only do so much. If its in flower avoid spraying the flower, Its best to do this on a cloudy say as full sun and a wet plant = burning leaves. Keep it out of direct sun while you are treating it. go into the shade or make shade for it if possible. FYI no neem in flower. Good Luck!

Here's something that will help until your friend can get in his Dr. Zymes. I recommend Dr. Zymes, too. It really is amazing. Just make sure you follow the directions and don't try to store it. Light makes it break down, so you want to use it immediately. Natural IPM: - 1 Litre Warm water - 1 tablespoon Neem Oil - 1/2 teaspoon Castille soap I wish your friend luck in nuking all those pesky critters!

Good god... that's grotesque! Ewwwwwww!!! Grab some Dr. Zymes Eliminator or some Spinosad, mix as directed and spray the entire grow, bottoms and tops of all leaves, stem, branches... get everything just before lights out... They aren't leaf CHEWERS (in which case you'd need some BT) but leaf SUCKERS - and either of these two products will kill the eggs, larvae and adults no matter what kind of bugs they are ... You can get Spinosad at any garden center if you can't wait to have Dr. Zymes delivered from Amazon... and I wouldn't wait, myself... And btw, both products are organic and can be used all the way through harvest if need be without affecting the buds or the taste of the harvest... EWWWW!!!!! Good luck!!!!!
