I am not sure what this is but it’s gotten on a lot of my soil. Can someone help me identify this and how I can get rid of it ?

Though, probably a good idea to transplant that. as Anyweed said.
Likely have a nest in the soil below, they (termites and some ants) upend debris and put it on the surface. So my previous comment is more a consideration for if you get the same sorts of signs again.

Another thing you can try (again, more for consideration) is use like a piece of cotton dipped into borax and sugar water and place it nearby.

Those be termites if I had to guess.
Kinda as Sackeyko said, I'd recommend a little bit of sprinkled powdered cinnamon, cloves and perhaps cayenne pepper

Glue boards made for rodents... or maybe a torch?! (Dont really torch it lol) could consider predator insects as well excluding spiders, you dont want webs in your smoke

Cinnamon might work. Dietenacious earth will but use sparingly cause it will kill your microbes. Maybe just removing some of the swarm first.

I noticed dozens of gnats stucked on sugar leaves and buds trichomes/resin... I tried to pick them by hand but there are too many.
I saw articles about bud washing which seems to be a good thing except for higher mold risk.

First Grow 4 weeks into Veg - Let my humidity get too high for 1 night. Need help with mold/septoria/?Last 3 days I've pruned diseased leaves every morning, foliar sprayed peroxide leaves & topsoil, & added some to watering solution. Is only affecting one plant in tent. Pest infestation left my plant folded and weak. I treated it, but now blacked out leaves?Ants were farming an oval shaped bug's secretions that was eating my stem and going underground, leaving a trail of a film-like substance.
Treated it with neem oil, cigarette butt tea, garlic and dishwasher soap to fend them off. Black leaves now. Tips?9 months ago
