Just make sure the manufacturer has the permits for purchase, don't take risks ;)
The French are the biggest sellers of such seeds in the world in large quantities.
All others could lead to jail time...

33% germination rate...Breeder issue?I got my seeds from the Seedsman and only 3 out of 9 survived.
1. Paper towel method til root appears about a half-inch.
2. Put in pre-soaked RootRiot plug, 3 out of 6 died. PH and watering are fine.
3. Then I tried Rockwool again, 3 died.
