Couple of things here... first, you're massively overfeeding your plant... Although you haven't started to see problems like a calcium deficiency begin yet, it will soon. Autoflowers are rather "tender" things that usually only require half the "recommended" doses of a nute line's feeding chart.... and they need to be introduced slowly (first feed should be about 1/4 strength) to make sure the plant will tolerate them. Your plant isn't exhibiting any real aversion to the nutes - which is good - but the amount you're giving them needs to be cut down or you WILL start to have problems. At this point, I would give them plain pH'd water for the next week just to get rid of some of those nutes... and when you start feeding them again, only give them 1/2 strength. I will disagree with growmies who say you shouldn't be feeding them bloom nutes... this is about the time you should be introducing them for an autoflower... helps get them ready for flower. I've even started bloom nutes on a couple of my grows BEFORE I gave them grow nutes... But again, the amount needs to be cut down a lot. As far as them not getting taller - they don't need to! That's because your lights are too close to them and they don't need to reach for the light. Bring your lights up to about 12-18" away and you should start to see more height... Good luck!

they aren't growing taller because they are under intense light, as Grannie said. Raise the light up, or turn the light(s) down if you can. This will make the plants grow vertically to try and get more light, instead of staying the same size and being content under more intense light. I'm going to agree with Newbie87. Your plant is showing signs of Nitrogen Toxicity which takes the form of dark green leaves and a slow growth rate. You may also end up seeing burnt leaf tips if you continue to feed her nutrients. I recommend that you do what Newbie87 said and wait until the soil is dry and just water with PH'd water from now on. Since she is an autoflower, she is going to flower regardless if she is stunted so prepare for a smaller than expected harvest. She is still salvageable and you can still get really nice bud off her, but only if you don't stress her out anymore than she is already. For your next grow I would figure out a proper feeding schedule. What soil are you working with? Is it a super soil or a soil that has already been premixed with nutrients like Fox Farms Ocean Forest? If so, you don't have to feed the plant ANY nutrients until flower. Typically Ocean Forest(and other comparable hot soils) is hot enough that it can burn or stunt your plants on its own without any added liquid nutrients (depending on the strain). Its almost always better to underfeed your plant than overfeed as nutrient deficiencies can be easy and fast to fix while toxicities/nutrient burn/lockout are harder to fix and more detrimental to your plant, ESPECIALLY for autoflowers. Think of it this way, if your plant has a nitrogen deficiency you can add some liquid N to your soil and the deficiency will be fixed in a few days. If your plant has nutrient lockout from too much liquid fertilizer then you might be screwed because it takes a long time to fix. Good luck with the rest of your grow. 👍

Your over feeding her & should not be using bloom nutrients yet, until she's going into flower. Let the soil almost dry & then just pure pH water. I'm not familiar with your nutrients range, but it seems an awful lot of nitrogen for a small plant which will stunt her growth.
