Yes, give more time, but reduce the nitrogen content..........too much nitrogen will cause leaf growth at the expense of flower growth.

could be genetics but looks stretchy... probably light related. some phenos do grow like that though... so if you get nice dense golf ball nugs all over, it'll turn out okay. if at end it's airy, loose buds you know you need a little more oomph from your lights or cover a smaller area and get that light closer. half the distance is 4x stronger.... but obviously covers 1/4th the area too.

Looks like it is still immature. White stigmas/pistils, I'd wait out, if it's still growing leave it be. If it has stalled out check trichomes with a jewlers loupe, or zoom with a camera if you don't have anything.

Only way to tell if she's ready is to check the trickles with a scope. Some prefer to harvest when there's 80% cloudy and 20% amber. Some prefer more amber for more couch lock. Can get a 60-120x cheapo microscope with led and take the guess work out of it. Hard to tell from pics, but looks like they have more time on em. Still pretty green
