happen to get any fertilizer on the side that isn't growing? could be genetics.. but more likely something killed the growth tip...
newer growth looks healthier than the single-bladed leaf... as long as this continues don't worry about blemishes on first 2-3 pair of leaves... most of teh time it will grow out of it. The waviness could be self-inflicted.. this is indicative of varying growth rates ove time -- coulda been the rh swing among a plethora of potential factors fluctuating.... pH swing can do it, for example. but again, could also just be early growth being funky and a pefectly healthy plant will still result.
do your best.. keep it happy and becareful of drips when fertilizing.
