What can I do to this plant? I was training it pretty intensely but had to go away and it was all messed up.
The middle, main stem is way longer than the rest so Ive been bending it around in a circle to bring it back in. Should I just chop them level and let them grow back?

I dont think I would be chopping anything at this point , I think i would recommend that you keep following the path your taking now and keep LST in a circle until the canopy is even . This might take abit of time but looking over your plants I can see they are abit stressed and I think just chopping down a section would stress out it out further and stunt growth in your plant . Its also looking like your plants suffering from a combination of deficiency ( calmg and nitrogen ) I might recommend that you adjust your nutrient table to fix this . This will encourage your plant to grow vigorously and quickly allowing you train more often reaching your goal of having an even canopy :) I hope this information helps you with your problem :) Happy Growing!

You may want to consider defoliating a bit to allow the bottom leaves to get more light. It may be twisted up due to the lower leaves and branches attempting to push higher branches out of the way in order to get to that good light it craves.

I would just continue to train it the best you can manage as removing branches and foliage will set back your plants growth .

i have done same thing with my when it got to big for my tent. only thong i was trying is to get light for all the bud and everything was great at the end of growing. hope i helpd u✌️

Unhappy SeedlingPlant is day 10 now and growing fairly slowly compared to most (atleast it feels that way) noticed it suddenly started growing at an unusual angle today. I recently added a small fan for a light breeze, VERY light. humidity at 50-60% and kept between 18 - 26 degrees. Any ideas?
