How do you guys start counting day 1 of veg? I asked so many ppl about how they count the first date. Some say they counting since 1st set of fan leaves. Some say they count when the seeds have sprouted. So I’m confused about how exactly I should count?

After the split.. when you lose the coylo split (the 2 tiny fan leafs and facing in the same direction, you'll notice a new set of leafs form on the penetrative site and then a new flower shoot will push up past them. Should I use distilled water instead of tap water and jus add nutes? I have a feeling my tap water is a little on the hard side 354ppmsIs distilled water better to use than tap water?
