How do you guys start counting day 1 of veg? I asked so many ppl about how they count the first date. Some say they counting since 1st set of fan leaves. Some say they count when the seeds have sprouted. So I’m confused about how exactly I should count?

After the split.. when you lose the coylo split (the 2 tiny fan leafs and facing in the same direction, you'll notice a new set of leafs form on the penetrative site and then a new flower shoot will push up past them. Problem: two girls one tent, 40x40, an Auto and a Photo, both ~30 days old. Poor decisions and bad planning got me into this How would you proceed?Are there good options w/o killing one so the other could properly grow? Accidentally bent/squished the stem on Pheno #3, is it possible it can bounce back?I was LST'ing the Purple Haze Pheno #3, I accidentally got a bend in the stem and it could have snapped or partially torn, I attached some photos hope these help.
