How do you guys start counting day 1 of veg? I asked so many ppl about how they count the first date. Some say they counting since 1st set of fan leaves. Some say they count when the seeds have sprouted. So I’m confused about how exactly I should count?

After the split.. when you lose the coylo split (the 2 tiny fan leafs and facing in the same direction, you'll notice a new set of leafs form on the penetrative site and then a new flower shoot will push up past them. not straight leaves ?I’m not sure if this is a problem but my she is 3 weeks old and her leaves aren’t seem to be very straight, curling on the sides. I’ve heard it could be something to do with the humidity being high. Is it a problem or do most plants do this :)
