Ok - so yes, you're correct, your plant is using the nutes you're giving it.... the pH is a bit troubling that the runoff is so much higher than what you're giving as the runoff indicates what's actually happening in the "soil" ... and 6.8 is a little high for coco... If you're feeding/watering at 5.8, I would drop that to 5.5 and see how the runoff looks... Ideally, you don't want your runoff to be higher than 6.4.

Hola!!!

Sorry Gran, was trying to fit in the word limit, 2 much info. DH20= distilled water ph 5.8. EC in micro s per cm. So 1454 would be 1.45ms/cm. My question can be broken into 2 parts. 1. Is it normal or a worry if the pH of run off is 6.8 for coco when I religiously add water and nutes at pH 5.8. Second, you think run off TDS of 724ppm after feed is high for auto? Thanks 4 advice ill tone it down. I was pleased to see after feed with TDS 1736ppm next day run-off was 900ppm so plant is absorbing nutes? Or have I got it wrong? Thanks for your time Gran, I've seen you've helped alot of people on this forum. May your future grows be fruitful:)

I'm just not understanding either the information you're giving in this question or the question itself... Don't know what dH20 is... EC numbers don't make sense... ppm sounds terribly high for an auto... I just don't understand what you're doing here or what it is you want to know - sorry!
