Because of a failed campaign, I have tons of campaign signs. They are great for many things, but I have used them for floors, walls, ceilings in my grow spaces. The print comes off pretty easy and you are left with a very reflective white panel. Oh, I didn't mention you need to find white background signs. Obviously, the colored won't work. I am currently using 2 reflective automobile shades wrapped around a square table with a DIY light. So, experiment and good luck. Also, for a premium product the diamond reflective films is incredible. Tough, tough, tough and can be used over and over again. Peace my friend!!

polyfilm, also called panda film.... just a cheap plastic black on one side, white on the othe... can get 10" x 50' fairly cheap.. wallpaper inside... Staple it to cardboad, whatever... might not even need the cardboad. But some velcro with self-adhestive and can easily open every side. May want cardboard around any seam. our paint the cardboad with highest Reflectivity Index matte paint... you want teh flat/matter not glossy in that case. but probably similar costs. easy to overlap it in a way you can open up every side for access, too. paint and polyfilm will be much better than aluminum foil. Better refelctivity, no hot spots and better light blocker since foil tears so easily. it's worth 25 usd or whatever for a big roll of it.

Nice little cheap set up. I would add some more air movement with a small fan. Like you said more lighting. You should also try and make it so there are no light leaks if possible. If growing autos light leaks are not so much of a problem.
