How do you measure your plants correctly?

When measuring the height of a plant do you measure from soil to top of canopy or is it the length of the main stem? MIne are trained sideways.๐

You're measuring from soil to top of canopy, otherwise that measurement doesn't mean much ๐ฑ๐

from the base of the plant disregarding the pots lol I wouldn't measure it from the floor including the pot lol thats just cheating haha ๐ I would mesure how high your side branching gets in this case lol
