It looks more like to me its from overwriting. As the leafs are droopy and its very green..as nute lock would show in npk signs. Let her dry out..go easy on the watering..roots need to breath also..and she's suffering and drawing. The tips show me its overwatering . Good luck Regards. Good luck.
