Small leaves please help

Does anyone know why my leaves are small ? I'm so confused as to why they are growing small.
Slight yellowing too that I seem to shaking off.

usually, the small leaves are due to low light, it doesn't depend on fertilization, and the change in light has slowed it down a bit.
for the yellowish color, it could be that the low light is not allowing for adequate photosynthesis, so the leaves are small.
solution: you're already giving the light that was missing, maybe bring the light a bit closer. as for the fertilizers, I would evaluate in a few days.

Your humidity is to low 40% isn't near enough, you should be running around 75%Rh to get the plants to transpire and take up water and nutrients properly if the VPD is off your plants won't be working properly to do what they're supposed to do...Download VPD buddy and that will get you in the ball park

One of the plants has the leaves a bit yellow and seems to be a bit behind compared to the two others, as usual in the beginning I am confused, too much water, not enough?

Is my LSD 25 auto wind burn or just a bad go at it?Help please. My LSD auto is flowering but she looks so sickly. She did fall and lay over after germinating for a few hours but she bounced back. Small growth tipsOne of my plants has a lot of growth tips that haven't developed into full size leaves. Any idea what might be causing this? Stress from being topped? Light/heat stress? Some parts of this plant has full growth, while other parts have these tiny, spindly growths.
