The only 2 things that i am curious about is why are plants so small if it's week 5? Is it because i had left them in a very small pot for a long time? And also the leaves are kinda weird looking, what could be the problem?

I think there can be a few limiting factors here...i absolutely agree with the small pot, typically anytime I've given plants a bigger pot theyve outgrown the ones who had the smaller pots. I also think that topping and certain training will definitely slow plants down temporarily. I heard an old timer who's written a few books say that topping isn't necessary, that you can get the same results by tying down....I'm not entirely sure i agree with that, but i can see the lapse in healing time. Also being week 5, have you started thinking about adding in any sort of "grow" or nitrogen rich fertilizers? Or have you setup the soil with slow releasing products like a living soil? If not i think a plant will usually use up its available nutrients in only a few weeks. Happy growing ✌️

Don't top or defoliate an auto that much because then of course she'll slow down her growth

Correct answer, they are small because they stayd in a small container, automatics love ti, direct after germination going into final pot. Filled with fluffy prefertilised soil. Quick one is a " classic" autostrain, one of the fastest few ywars ago

The plant directs most of its energy to the top of the plant. Topping it causes stress and sets the plant back a week or so redirecting the energy to the lower growth points. Autos are fairly short lived you may not want to top your future auto grows. She will recover. Some of your lower leaves are showing signs of issues. Try to let the soil dry out a bit more between waterings. Also using more wattage would increase the growth.
