Your photos do not allow for a precise diagnosis. But I think your lamp is too close to your plants during the growth period. You should put it higher. What type of substrate do you use?

When do you start topping? Photoperiods need to LST? Can ya'll just go look at my diary and tell me if my ladies look like they should LOL.When to top or LST? Do these look stunted? I'm super curious about methods for best yield. I'm already worried my girls are leggy (but I've gotten some great advise already to let them rest but also give them bigger pots soon). Extremely slow growth. Im near week 2. Water is Ph to 6 to 6.5 as I'm growing in coco, now using very light nutes to PPM 180. It's cold down here, so only using extraction once every hr. Heater in tent is set to 21c. I'm guessing could be my specific nute blend, PH or medium.

What's happening with this seedling?Hey guys! So, I'm having some doubts with one of my seeds, as it looks like it sprouted upside down.
