Below 10 degrees, the plant could die on you. If the climate in your area is very cold, I would put the seeds to germinate in a tupper on top of the WiFi (or any other device that gives off a bit of heat).

I've reached 13 degrees indoors, but you still need to assess what stage of growth you're at. A small seedling below 20 degrees struggles in the vegetative stage; it prefers warmth, but with a minimum of 15, you shouldn't have problems. In flowering, you can drop a bit more, but you need to be careful with fluctuations, as Growstick mentioned.

If you can keep the temperature within 5-10°C of your day time temperatures, that is ideal. So, if you're hitting 27°C in the day (for example), you should aim to go no lower than 17°C at night. In general, I'd aim to go no lower than 15°C at night, but I've gone as low as 12°C and had no issues - sometimes you can't help it! I'm sure many have gone lower without significant problems.
