Play safe... grow it indoors first so you have more control over the environment before setting them outside... As long as you have a tent and a light, it's probably the safest way to do things..... I don't know where you live but the climate here in Maine is just NOT the normal - wild temperature swings! If the plant has got a good amount of roots and a good start to its growth, it will be better able to withstand those freaky occurences...

Yeah you want your night soil temp up to and past 15 degrees consistently and make sure you harden them off before going outside the way you would with tomatoes or peppers. Roberts is also on point with daylight hours grannies point on giving the little ladies a head start by early life comfy

Get them established then then move outside once it is warm enough and you have more then 13 hours of light each day.

Please help me with stunt seedlingsHaving trouble with two of four plants, growth stunted, no new growth in 2 days. #1 and #2 thriving, #3 and #4 stunted. Can they recover?
