For me paper towel method. Paper towels Ph water 6 (bottle water) Container Cellophane plastic a dark heated area preferably 23°-25° Celcius Germination within 24h Also what I've noticed is when I use stored refrigerator seeds with a 48h acclimatization to a normal temperature they root faster then fresh seeds.

keep it simple , soak overnight in room temp water with or without a drop or two of hydrogen peroxide. before planting in a seed raising mix. Whatever you do = DO NOT microwave them , I can't believe anyone would suggest that let alone reccomend it they are Obviously an amateur or someone trying to be an arsehole .

I always do a cup of water cover so its dark inside. I then place it in grow room on potter I am using for the warmth of the room. I make sure seed sinks in a few hours. Then in 24 to 48 hours I have tails and I plant them directly from there. About a inch deep lightly cover with substrate. I dome this till sprout. Of course everything is wet to start. In 2 to 5 days I have sprouts. I remove the dome when they shed husk.

The benefits of starting in a wet towels isn't worth the risk of ripping the tap root when you peel apart the wet paper towels. Starting them is the tride and true way, and the way mother nature has used for millions of years. Push you index finger down in the growing medium up to the first knuckle. Drop the seed in. Cover it gently, do not pack the soil down leave it loose. Then mist the area with tap water. Keep it moist but not wet. You don't want to drown the baby. Don't allow it to dry up. This will kill the baby as well. Just get a dollar mister bottle from any local store. Mist 5 or 6 pumps in a 4 inch circle surrounding the seed, as many times per day as needed. Whether it be 3 4 or 5 times a day. Goodluck it's not hard man. Don't sweat the small stuff. Don't over think it. Most of the time when plants fail its because we over complicated the situation. This is a weed that grows in the wild and has for years and years. If conditions are ideal, and it has moisture in the area it will grow.

The glass of water method works good, just make sure the temp stays between 20-24°C. After the taproot gets out you can either but it on a wet paper towel and let the root grow a little more ore go direct into the medium from there. If you plant directly in something like a all-mix ore a amended super-soil in a big container (as you would do with auto flowers) you should put a hand full of a light fertilized soil ore some kind of seeding soil in the middle and plant there. Too much fertilizer ore microbial life can be dangerous and potentially deadly for that little seedling. Good luck, let us know how it went! High Mountain Gardening

In glass of water. Then microwave them for 20-30 seconds. Put the seeds directly into the growing substrate. 👊
