Week 5 leaves beginning to curl and claw slightly

Up until week 5 everything has been going smoothly but at day 31 I can see some leaves starting to curl and claw. This is 2 days after minor defoliation. I’m not sure what could be causing it, I turned the fan down a bit so it shouldn’t be airflow but maybe too little nitrogen?

I think the plant needs more water during watering. The leaves transpire water which causes them to curl up to avoid dehydration. I just saw that your pot size is 3 liters. By week 5 of vegetative stage, you should have a pot of at least 10 liters.

This is nitrogen toxicity.......not a deficiency. Otherwise, Roberts has the answer spot on.

Looks to like your VPD is off a bit you should be running in the high 70's for RH and about 27 for temp to get the best uptake of water and nutirents, of the soil is wet or damp and not dry this is issue...I would adjust my RH and temp and give it a day and you should be back on track...80 of the time VPD is the issue for most deficiency and lack of water uptake..

Looks like you have tucked the leaves. Those leaves will twist to try and get their light. You have a lot of new growth going on and will want to drink more. Your nitrogen levels are fine. Anytime you do some defoliation it will stress a plant out. Every plant will handle this differently.

I think you may be right. This is about the time I like to start feeding veg nutes myself for the last few weeks of veg when the plants have used up the mediums nutrients. Clawing can also be a sign of excess bloom nutrients but it's obviously not the case here so I think I like veg feed would her some Justice. Hope this helps.

The dark green says you are giving too much nitrogen. You are borderline toxicity. If your concern is the leaves tacoing that is too warm. Be it the grow space or a hot spot from light. 👍🏻
