looks great... gonna be fun to water. :P
the job isn't done, you have to continually manipulate teh plant to keep the canopy even. anything sky-rockets, you have to break that dominance so that growth remains even. bend something (or things) down for a few days and let things catch up as needed. minimal maintanance after spreading it out though.

The aim of LST is to spread out your branches to make light hit more of your plant. Additionally (if its an indoor grow) to have the colas grow to around the same height. So I think what you did is good, maybe try to spread out the branches that look overlapping, a bit more.
