If you have iphone get the protone par meter app it actually works pretty good if u don’t want to invest 0-0 on a par meter. That should get u close to the range. After that look if the leaves are reaching up towards the light “praying” then your Good. If the leaves go down and look like they are hiding from the light then the intensity is to high. If its way to high you will see leaf bleaching and burn

I go off how the plant is growing. If your leaves. are praying as it grows then your light is right. New leaves standing up and out basically. If your new leaves are droopy, and not perky it is too much or too close.

Low Humidity and high temp or high humidity and low temp?Do you think it’s better lower temp and higher humidity (like 27 degrees c and 80 % humidity) or higher temp and lower humidity (like 29 degrees c and 60 % humidity)? Lower lighting at switch to 12/12?Do you typically want to lower your lighting when you switch to 12/12?
I'm a little confused about what is meant when they say to have a 12" light distance for flowering and 18" for veg. Does that mean lower to 12" at the switch to 12/12, or just maintain a min 12" distance?

my LED only dishes out 145 uMol/ meter^2 per scnd at 6 feet distance and 70 at 12 feet, which I run for 18 hours so aprx. 5 moles DLI.
Is it enough? how much dry bud can I expect from this? any advice? I am on a budget grow.

I need help choosing a better light for my single plant microgrow!H50cm W37.5cm L57cm
Now using 1 household 13w Phillips LED 2700K for flower, a 120w CFL for veg and I use a cheap 20w dual Spectrum LED that I'm sure does almost nothing.
See pics for convo with led sales guy. Is the height really that much of an issue with the light intensity?
