Those red dots look suspiciously like spider mites - the scourge of the grow room - but it's hard to tell from the pictures. I've never seen them so early if that's the case. They are absolute buggers and will destroy your entire crop if not eradicated. Potentially this might be the best time to catch them - plant is nice and small and there's nowhere to hide. IMO, the plant is still weeks away from flower, so screw the neem oil or organic products and go straight to nuclear warfare. SMC or an insecticidal soap. Don't wait - you need to sort this ASAP. You can increase the humidity in the short term with a humidifier or turning off your extraction fan, and decrease the temperatures. They love high temps and low humidity. You can put diamataceous earth on the soil as well to prevent anything hiding in there (you can even foliar spray it this young). Then use a decent preventative such as a silicon additive with their feed and a foliar spray such as Cannacure moving forwards to keep the leaves healthy. Good luck! Kill those little f*ckers!

i can't tell if that's just a speck or if it's a bug? pyrethrines kill on contact. concentrated is much more cost-effective than the ready-to-spray options. predator bugs neem oil -- if it has (misspelled) azardirachtin, it is more effective than without -- but also want to follow the safety instructions more carefully. without it, it can still be a deterrent but it won't physically hurt the insects. essentially is just horticulrural oil without the active ingredient. (my state doesn't allow retail sale of the real neem, for example, so depends on local laws) if it's just about the hair like surface... that's normal.. you see things differently when zoomed in.. but it's always there. anything that puts larva in teh soil i'd recommend Bt(i). mosquito bits and mosquito dunks are the brand name near me... but as long as the active ingredient is Bacillus Thurgingenysis.. lol misspelled, but lose enough ... then it'll work the same... the bacteria is what is important, not the label on the package. *assumes same bacterial load.
