Pest attack. What can I use to eradicate?3 weeks of flowering, and the pests are still here. Can I play Beauveria Bassiana? Or just neem oil?

So I changed out my led lights to high bay full spectrum LEDs. I'm getting a lux of 12000 when lights are about 2 feet above canopy. Is that a good thing? These high bay lights are pretty much cob led...how do I convert lex to ppfd? And what is the best lux or ppfd for my plants?Week 5

I was going to dunk my plants into a soap and water mix and then rinse them off, is that a bad idea 5 weeks into flower?I saw some aphids here and there the other day, so I was thinking I was going to rinse my plants again today, but I sprayed some neem oil around the pots yesterday and today I can’t find any... Neem oil, spinosaf and thrips. Can the spinosad harm my pretty early flowers? Also since I do this during dark cycle, will a head lamp throw confuse them?Okay, so I have some thrips.
