4/5 of my plants have been flowering for 2 weeks on a 20/4 cycle, while 1 remains in the vegetative state. Should I try and induce flowering by switching to a 12/12 cycle? If so will it effect my other plants?

Brown spots and holesHad snails and aphids earlier, but knocked them out. I'm these brown spots / holes in my girl. Don't think they're the snails and don't see any bugs.... been rainy and fairly cool, 60-70F. PH is currently high at 6.9. Any thoughts or recommendations for a mostly clueless newbie?

White flyes problemFor now they aim to the veins underside of the biggest fan leaves. I tryed an oil based spray but i feel it was to light. Around the vegetation is full of white fluffy spots. Plants developed some little like milky like signs also on the leaves, right upside of the infection

Outdoor aphid removal suggestions?Looks like I may have aphids on this plant. Small holes nibbled through, spotted one tiny critter and knocked it off, and then sprayed 1/4 spirit vinegar + 3/4 water mixture on the underside of the leaves, hoping to be rid of the pests. Any further suggestions or thoughts? 😐

Neem Oil in 3rd or 4th week?Can i spray one more time with Neem Oil now? 3rd or maybe 4th week of flowering now. Noticed that some leafs are being eaten.
