Looks like one of them has some kind of wind burn or something ? Anyone an idea what else could be the Problem?

yeah happens sometimes with young plants , nothing you can really do it's a root problem though if you want to tempt the devil you can try to break down the problem roots with a chelation agent like enzymes , humic acid, or beneficial bacteria including myco but it might make it worse before it gets better. Either they'll grow out of it or they wont and get stunted type of thing. Hope this helps growmie ! 🚀

It is because of the soil that is very rich for young plants , the 1st sector leaves will be a bit distorted, the 2nd one a bit less and the 3rd one will be normal. The last pictures shows some variegation on the leaves ( 2 colours on 1 leaf ) but it's only aesthetic
