I wouldn't throw it away myself, but you sound like you've already made your mind up. Sometimes it's better just to follow that gut feeling, otherwise you'll be watching it like a slowly boiling kettle!
Whatever you do, you need to raise day time temperatures and humidity as this is not helping the plant to grow.

Throw a wet towel into your tent.. higher your light up 100% and higher it. Turn your exhaust on a timer. 25m/5m off/on. Or at a the lowest setting. This will raise your RH/TEMP. you want to be at optimal range for this girl would be 23-25c and 70% RH.

Nitrogen Toxicity?Not sure if this is nitrogen toxicity or normal leaf color. Crinkling was caused by too much light and the fan. Got better in 24h after adjusting grow light and fan. Plants are starting week 2 of veg, Hulkberry Auto. Medium is light mix soil.

PURPLE HULK deficiency's or just a strain look? See below to notice the abnormal look of first few leaves growth. The smaller two are different strainThis is Purple hulk auto Fem # 2. I had problems with this strain my first grow, course some due to my own accord. The two tallest ones are them.
