Good fucking lord talk about an infestation. Are your traps suspending from the top of the tent or are they placed on the ground or in your pots ontop of your soil? Whatever they are harmless or not I would try and get rid of them. If your before the 14 day mark or so you can spray the shit out of the plant at dark with bbg, bug b gone. It's what I use for prevention up until week 1 flower but you could go up until the point of having hedgehogs week 2 or 3 maybe. I would not want those living in my home thats forsure. I cannot imagine how many are truly in the tent if this is what a damn trap appears.

Pretty sure they are Springtails. Do they jump away when you pick a live one up? If they are Springtails they are mostly harmless to your plants. They like the wet soil and mostly stay there, so your buds should be unaffected. Google them and you can get more info, I have them in my house when I was growing in soil.

Hey there it looks like thrips, keep stickies to glue them , now it depends on where you are exactly in flowering , if your plants have no flowers yet you can still vaporizing some spray to cure like neem oil . Thrips hates humidity so try to make life inconfortable for them and spray some water at least on the back of the leafs . Vacuum can be a nice solution too . It can be a problem because it will take energy from plant but no big deal you can finish your grow with it ( I once had red spiders and finally some vacuum took them all out of buds ) I hope it helped and your grow will be well ! Enjoy ! 🍁

I can't tell what kind of pest they are from the pics. I use PureCrop1 as a preventive pest spray and it can be sprayed on the plants in any stage of growth. Up to the day before harvest. I would put a little diametricious earth on top of your soil and water from the bottom filling the drip trays and allowing the plants to uptake from the bottom and the top soil should dry out enough to stop the progression of your problem. Hope this helps.
