Can root damage cause this?

The little f*cker has a major damage to his taproot since germination phase. I accidently broke the tip of it. But she was very strong. Fought for her life and won the battle. Now she is 12 days old and shows this. Is this caused by the root damage or from other circumstances?

will the damaged main root affect any growth or yield? if it is an autoflower, definitely impacted it one way or another, but hard to measure. i wouldn' tdownsize the pot, as that can cause a smaller plant on its own. if they are photoperiods, it may just need a few extra days to reach same intended size. Stick to your plant. don't downsize final pot as that will impact size on its own. Once it's growing well and happy, it's no longer "damaged." it only costs time, unlike an autoflower that will cost yield.

12d and you damaged the tip? it hasn't slowed down too much, bc that looks like a roughyl 2-week from sprout plant in a solid substrate i'd ignore the single and 3-fingered leaves. they are often ugly/defective and those issues are never seen again most of the time. If new growth is fine, i wouldn't worry. i see a little light green in new growth. you may need to provide a bit more fertilizer. (assuming p/k are not too high, which also cause some interveinal chlorosis in new growth). so, it's hard to say for sure without seeing more symptoms to eliminate possibilities. I wouldn't worry about the first couple sets of leaves, though. those are often funky.

I don't see the problem you're worried about... the odd number of first leaves? The coloring? Nothing here that was caused by the root damage and certainly nothing to worry about, period! Leaves at the beginning can often look really wonky both in terms of color and shape... Relax... it's a weed... and it's growing well! Good luck!

will the damaged main root affect any growth or yield? Because I have limited space, I'm thinking about planting them in a 9 liter pot instead of 15 liters and using the space for a completely healthy plant

Could be root or wrong PH But I can see the new leaves are good nothing wrong with them so that means nothing to worry about it 😊 you will cut them later anyways

Weird leaves are normal, especially during the first few sets and are not an issue to worry about. I doubt highly, almost 100% sure, that it has absolutely nothing to do with damage to the root and that it is just a minor genetic mutation. Whatever the reason, it won't affect growth rates, yields or potency.
