With only this one week in your diary, it's hard to tell what's gone wrong here but did you do anything like topping when it was much younger? You DO have some buds there and those are called flowers... they're just not huge. Are you feeding this one with anything or... ??? Are you paying attention to the pH at all? Proper nutrition at the right time and careful attention to the pH is all-important to a grow... Sorry I can't be of more help but with limited information in your diary, it's the best I can do.
Good luck! Grow it out to harvest, you WILL get something from her... and try again but the next time, start your diary as soon as the seed pops up and put in all the information you can.... that way, when problems or questions come up, we'll have as much info as possible to try to help you out.

if you don't see any white hairs, might be a photoperiod... happens.. whether inventory mix up, or soemthing to do with breeding process -- either some small % is possible or contamination, etc.
