think root zone is remaining too wet for too long of period of time.
you need perlite or similar mixed in. soil needs up to 50% of that type of drainage amendment. vermiculite is a good option too (it provides a bit of silica)
so, all you an do is lwait until top 1" dries and re-irrigate, and if that's what you have been doing there's not much else you can do at moment.
When you transplant, be sure to have better drainage quality in your soil. the root zone will thank you. those blotches in leaves won't happen.
