think root zone is remaining too wet for too long of period of time. you need perlite or similar mixed in. soil needs up to 50% of that type of drainage amendment. vermiculite is a good option too (it provides a bit of silica) so, all you an do is lwait until top 1" dries and re-irrigate, and if that's what you have been doing there's not much else you can do at moment. When you transplant, be sure to have better drainage quality in your soil. the root zone will thank you. those blotches in leaves won't happen.

We can't look at pictures and tell you if the plants are "normal." We need the information that is in a diary, which you don't have for this grow! I agree with Aldo90 here in that they probably desperately need to be in larger pots... cannabis roots grow extremely fast and sitting in little cups like this will not promote good growth. Are they autoflowers? Transplant these asap but VERY gently - autoflowers don't like to be transplanted at all and should be started in the pot they're going to finish in. Are they being fed at all? How old are they? What's your pH? How many hours of light are they getting? What are the temps? What's the humidity? Start a diary - reconstruct as much of what has happened in the past as you can even if you can only go back one week... then ask your question again from the bottom of the diary page... it will post here and link your diary to your question so it's easy for us to get the information we need.
