Hello Novicegreen, the weed is the most potent when most of the trichomes are cloudy and around 10% got a amber brownish color. Make sure that you look at the trichomes that grow on the buds and not just the trichomes on the sugar leaves. And look at multiple different spots on the bud to get a good picture from the ripeness of the full bud instead of just 1 small part. Enjoy the harvest buddy!

Milky is good... but you still have a lot of clear trichs that I can see - and you'll want to see them start to turn amber before chopping... and you're going to want to see the plant start to fade even though you're still feeding it.... Personally, I think you've got about 2 more weeks to go... Good luck and congrats!

i'm a big fan of an earlier harvest. once i see a consistent amount of amber and the trichomes look like plastic instead of glass, i'm ready to harvest. some people like it more ripe. so, if you haven't experimented with that, do try. you can even leave a few buds to ripen longer, or you can take a few buds early and let the bulk ripen more.. whateveer you think you'll prefer.

Should I put harvest into jars early?Should I put my harvest into jars insted of hanging? I harvested 2 days ago and my humidity right now is between 60-70% with fan and dehumidifier. I wonder if the buds would be better in jars with 50% humidity packet. I'm afraid they will mold hanging in the house. Rain all wk.

What is it? Mold, fungus, bugs? What can i do? Help They were drying for 2 week with 30-50% humidity and 19-25C°. And been curing in the jars for 4 days (counting today). I open the jars 2 times by day. The are almacenated in a dark, dry and cool place. This is the only plant and bud with this problem...(continuous in the answer)

Space in jar effect cure?Will the amount of space in my jar effect humidity, and thus cure? I trimmed by recently dried flower and placed the trimmed buds into flip lid jars. One jar would not fit all the flower and leave 25% space, so split it up into 2 jars, but now both are only 1/2 full and 50%rh.

62%rH in jars, stop burping? One week into cure... Can I seal and forget for a while?Once your buds reach 62% rH in the jar, can you stop burping? All my jars are reading within the cure zone, 3 for a week now. I have been rolling the jars and opening them a few times daily. I had to move some newer harvest into DKush jars to raise rH,now all good!

The Hunt for Amber Trichomes- How long till Harvest?It’s D85 of advertised 75days and I’m struggling with the wait. Most of white pistils are result of foxtails.
