How do I stop the fresh cut grass smell?

Im no expert, but I think you're drying too quickly, or do you possibly have a fan hitting your bud directly when drying?? You do want air exchange in your drying space, but direct airflow on the buds is bad. The way i understand it is, when you're drying, the moister is leaving the plant, and taking with it, the chlorophyll( grassy, hay like taste). If its drying too quickly, or a fan is hitting the bud directly, the moister is leached out before it can take all the chlorophyll with it, leaving the bud really green and tasting grassy.
