It looks like a swollen seed pod that comes with age as long as it has hairs coming out of it I think you are good to go .Male pods tend to hang down like many males do animal or plant

Your all good, Only Females plants show Hairs . male plants do not have hair just pollan sacks that look like little balls. Your plant is 100% female. some plants later on in life can also produce seeds ans buds if plants become too stressed

first pic is a calyx. female. see the 2 hairs portruding? always a female bit if you see that. doesn't mean rest of plant is clear, but should help you identify better. google image search.. go look at the two things and see what is different... male bits are distinctly different. you'll never be confused, i promise.

nop is female. that's a swollen calyx it happens. Balls have a little stem they hang off of, tent to be football shaped vs teardrop and they don't have pistils. Good Luck!
