Hello tomtoms, refresh the water. And add the nutrients with the same ratio but this time keep the pH perfect Grow out! And check the pH often to make sure that you are still within the right range.

So, buddy, I'm 100% sure you watered without good drainage, and the salts have built up in the soil causing what you see now! The doctor recommends: at least 4 days of just water, then start feeding the plant sparingly, maybe alternating water with nutrients! I hope this helps you, don't look beyond that! This is the 100% problem.

Heavy clawing could indicate nitrogen toxicity, looks worse at the top so probably an immobile nutrient deficiency. Might wanna flush with plain water once and let it sit for a couple days let's see what other's have to say.
