Does anyone have experience on masking the smell of your plants outside?I've seen some options like lavender or basil. Does this really help to mask the smell or does someone have anything better. It's regarding 3 plants on a balcony (still in veg stage so no smell yet

Masking it is hard. Depending on how strong the smell is, cannabis plants produce a lot of terpenes and generate a shit ton of smells on some strains. I grew one that was so skunky I could not have my windows open and I run a full deck of herbs and flowers as well. Nothing masked it, it masked everything else. Another year the plants where not as stinky and I did not need anything to mask it. With that said, some plants do produce some smells that travel. herbs like sage, basil, dill, mint and lavender can be fragrant, in my experience they are not so much they will cloud the fact you grow pot if you have a skunky strain though. A lot of the herb smells are also released when the plant is agitated. Good Luck!
