Unfortunately, there's no way to "speed up" veg - or any other stage! You can slow it DOWN if it's a photoperiod but speeding it up? Nope...
I would suggest you buy a tent and some lights so you can move from an outdoor grow to an indoor grow when your weather demands...

2 day update after changing light. Is progress okay?Hello, on Monday i changed my light from some scam of a light that said 50w, to a mars hydro ts600. This is the 2 progress since then. Ignore the loss of a quarter of one of the cotyledons :))
