I use Pyrethrum spray. Turn off ya fans, spray the the top of the soil lightly but ALL over, and repeat in 2 or 3 days. Do this 2 or 3 times and bugs are basically gone for a while from a week to 4 weeks. I often treat in veg and dont see em again til late flower if at all. Plus its cheap, cost me a bottle. That and the yellow sticky traps you hang up. Thats ya two best options.

If they are the tiny flies and after you water you see the insects come out? Get yellow sticky pads to catch what is in the air. People recommend to top your soil with 1/2” of sand and they die when they try to get out. Is a non chemical way. I have also used neem oil with good results.

If the plant isn't flowering yet, I can recommend Neem oil. You mix a small amount with water and water your plant with it. If the plant is already flowering, I would use nematodes. SF nematodes (Steinernema feltiae) to be precise. They simply eat the larvae of fungus gnats and such. Happy Gardening my friend. 💪😎
