one thing looks like a pistil, but should have a preflower on other side too. preflower will show up before ny terminal buds or bud sites start popping white hairs (pistils / stigmata)
the terminal node looks like newly forming leaves. if you see the white hairs, you are about to start seeing the flower development, but it started a week ago or more, just for reference sake.
There's always a chance an autoflower is not an 'autoflower.' It should be very rare and many may never see one, but if it ever veges for 8 weeks or more, it's a strong hint it is a photoperiod. You can see preflowers in vege of a photperiod that is old enough. Your context infers flower phase because it is happening much earlier than you'd typically see preflowers on a photoperiod kept in vege phase.
