1 week post germ with very slow growth (indoor auto) I think the 1L plastic containers are too large & not allowing good air flow to the soil. If i wait for the mix to dry out should I re-pot ASAP ? Size up to fabric bags 3L or size down to Solo cups?

Burnt, should I throw it and start from zero?I have 1 burn auto for excessive light, should I throw this one and start from seed again or maybe flipping to 12/12? Unhappy SeedlingPlant is day 10 now and growing fairly slowly compared to most (atleast it feels that way) noticed it suddenly started growing at an unusual angle today.
