Auomatics strecken sich wenig, hab nun die Lampe auf knapp 90 cm Entfernung bei 25% Leistung (75 Watt ) Mars Hydro SP3000 , ist dies zu empfehlen oder doch eher Kontraproduktiv. Die Babys sehen sehr gesund aus aber gedrungen da Sie viel Licht abbekommen.

I'd confirm with the manufacture on suggested hang heights and dim levels for the progress of the grow.
Some genetics stretch more some don't. If its not normally a stretcher then lowering the light to make it stretch is hindering its potential.
Also adding in more far red light will cause stretching in the plant as that light wavelength makes it think its in the shade and encourages it to grow up and out into full sun.

2nd Run Off Photoperoid Indoor → Outdoor TransitionThinking of planting this outside after harvest...
1) chop just the cola branches, leave all lower nodes/branches
2) reveg the plant to regrow leaves/branches from lower nodes
2.5) transplant outside once ready
3) harvest the plant a 2nd time.
