Hey. So, it could be your substrate is lose. (Falling over seedlings are a sign of this if you had it)
The droopyness is your plants telling you that's light stress. Too much DLI. So either higher your light or cut down your light on hrs and bring her back into a more better DLI. When a plant has reached its max light input in said session. That's it, it then locks photosynthesis out and because their still is a photon reaction in your plant. You are seeing the droopy leafs as its telling you. Hey I'm knackered after that light session.. there should be only a slight droop in your leafs for 20-30m if any droopyness that is. You'll actually get a bigger grow by staying in your plants DLI window.
Cut ur light hrs down by 2 or lower your lights % or higher the light to lower the ppfd on your canopy. Too much light can be a bad thing.
