None............autos are crap for yield.........crap in general actually. If you ant w400 grams + from a plant, photoperiod plants are your only choice.

And i noticed that you are only using a 150w pull led light to veg and flower and that's on full power I'm very doubtful on anyone getting 14oz from 1 auto flower plant especially when they are using a 150w light sorry for saying but 14oz is high even for photos

Autos don't usually have any yeald as big as that I'm afraid I hate Autos and I have only got 14g so I don't touch them anymore I don't like how you can't control the veg periods and how they will do what they want but good luck and happy growing

Good grow light,you can a use HID(1000W) its a strong asf grow light but rememeber it causes heat, it can raise 10-20C (degrees) witch maybe is a problem or benefit for someone and the electricity bill will be bigger idk how much because it matters in witch country you are too. You can get LED GROW LIGHT witch i use and i prefer more but its a lot more expensive because it is a better way to manager electric bills. If you search for a LED GROW LIGHT 1000W is around 800-950$.An HID 1000W around 90/150$.(the hole setup because some times it doesnt come with a KIT and you have to buy some other parts wich is easy to find) The last step is to search any seed bank that you like pick a strain and pay attention to the outcome that this strain give indoors and outdoor.(example:Harvest Indoor:450 – 550 gr/m2.Outdoor:50 – 150 gr/plant) 450 – 550 gr/m2 Hope i help

Difficult to hit with autos because of the limited Veg time they have. Max pots usually go to 17.5 litres , 20l at push. You will get a big plant but not sure you would hit a pound. Best to split your space into 4 medium plants .

My best result in soil from auto was 250g. Doubt that you can push more. That leaves you with coco or hydro, to reach such hights. Genetics will be crucial too, have a look through your planned strains here, has anyone came even close ... Thats very high plank, all the best to reach it !
