My white widows were looking great until they got heat stressed while I was on vacation. I have gradually moved the light up but now they are developing these sacs that almost look like male buds. Did they hermie on me?

Maybe, that's a pollen sac at the crown of the bud? but if you see a hair portruding from it, or did in the past, it is female. a pollen sac has no hair sticking out. it is also not 100% smooth around its surface. it is segmented becuase it will eventually open up. do a google image search to familiarize yourself with the different anatomy... it's very easy to learn simply comparingn 2 side-by-side pictures. stigmata, or the hairs, is female-only anatomy. no segmentation of the exterior of the 'bulb' for the calyx (female). nanners are even easier.. look like tiny bananas, and those are obviously male anatomy.
