1. I’m not sure if the lamp is too close to the plant, it’s 8inch away. But it seems that plant like it. It’s only 200W and picture is added 2. When I’ll change the pot for bigger, can I dip the plant few more inches into the soil, I’m worried that the stem is too long and thin

Digging plant in, wont harm now, but in later stages max 1cm add on for 3 weeks, later you can add new layer. Now stem issue wont go away, you need wind , not direct, but constant. That makes stems strond. Oscillating fan is what you need.

Are you sure that light is 200W?? Light manufactures tend to lie or exaggerate specs on equipment so it looks more appealing to the consumer. If you can drop us the make and model we can find this out for you. I have a feeling all the LED's in the light ran at max setting could total 200W but no one runs a LED at max, "max as in the diodes upper limit before burning out not the dimming knob", the manufacture normally only pushing about .25w-.5W to a diode vs the full 2W it can handle. This is to make them last longer and not prematurely degrade, there are other reasons as well but thats not the focus of this. When we refer to wattage of LED's its not the theoretical power it could consume, Its the amount of power it draws from the wall when turned on in full. In short I feel your light is not a true 200W led light and its specs have been inflated. Send a DM with your model and I can try and find it. Good Luck!
