I am looking to my last week of flower before harvest (possibly two weeks away) is there anything specific I should do prior to 72hrs darkness, chop, dry, cure? Should I completely remove all fan leaves for the last week? I'm not flushing, but should I increase a specific nute?

It might have more than 2 weeks, unless you're planning early harvest. Give her regular amount of bloom nutrients, the buds still have a lot of time to swell up. There's no need to remove fan leaves, unless you want to expose lower parts to light, or if you have high humidity. You don't need to do anything weird before harvest, just let the plant grow and keep an eye for the trichomes. Just try not to rush things, patience is key in those last few weeks.

Just give plain water, nothing else for the last week or so before harvest. Forget any amount of extended darkness, it is BS ghetto science. Don't defoliate either, you want your plants to be as healthy and stress free as possible before final maturation and harvest.
