I have two drying options for my one plant. Wine fridge with perfect temp or closet with perfect humidity. Which is best?

Should I dry my one plant in a wine fridge with a compressor that causes the humidity to fluctuate between 50-70% but can be set to a perfect 60f, or should I dry in a closet with perfect 60% humidity but temp at a steady 74f with no way to lower it? Perfect humidity or temp? Thx

Wine fridge. You want a slow dry. The cooler temp is the way to go. Maybe add a wet sponge when humidity starts to drop. The warmer temps will cause to dry too fast.

Air flow is what you need............so the fridge is out.

Humidity is more important in most cases unless you are talking about extreme ends of the temp range. 60% humidity at 95 degrees is bad. Also 30% humidity at 60 degrees is bad. A lot of people are going with 60/60. 60 degrees at 60% humidity. I think your best bet is the 60% humidity at 74 degrees. As long as it’s steady. You can expect this to dry slightly faster at the higher temp but still better than the constant change. Think of your Trichomes like balloons. They can expand and contract with changes in temp and humidity. The more they expand and contract from changes in heat/humidity the more they crack and break effecting the taste and potency. I hope this helps.
